If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and returns policy.

The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Words whose first letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Drivarts.
  • Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the website.

  • YOU means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your order cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to give a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or from the date on which a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Return conditions

For the Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.
  • The product is not used or damaged.
  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only Goods at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, Promotional Goods cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during their return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of the return.
